Gluten Free Waffles
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sorghum Flour
1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
2 tsp Guar Gum or Xanthan Gum
2 Cups Milk
1/2 Cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
1 Tb Brown Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tb Ground Flax (optional)
Beat well. Cook as regular waffles.
